Play Snake Online For Free
October 26th, 2008 by Sean R.
If you’ve ever owned a Nokia mobile phone or played a game called Nibbles (it came with MS-DOS), you should know this game. Snake is very similar.
That’s right, as of this moment, we now have the game Snake for all to enjoy in our free online game room.
There are three levels of play: Slug (slow), Worm (medium) and for those with quick fingers, Python (fast).
Like all our other classic games, Snake was hand-coded using Adobe Flash and is free to use and play on the Recycled Gaming website.
Please make sure JavaScript is enabled and you have the latest Flash Player installed on your computer to play Snake.
For full details on how to play Snake, game controls, etc., please see the Snake page or our main game room page.
We hope that you like playing Snake and of course all of our other classics. Have fun and remember, the game is never over. Enjoy!

Frogger Development
October 15th, 2008 by Sean R.
We are currently in the process of working on another classic video game for the Recycled Gaming retro game room: Konami’s Frogger.
Below are a couple screen shots from my work today getting the basic concept, graphics, characters and layout in place:

A few people have sent messages asking what software we use to create such fun and colorful video games.
The short answer is the Adobe Flash CS3 creative suite.
If all goes well, Konami Frogger should be completed by the weekend, early next week at the latest, then added to our classic arcade game room.
Play Retro Arcade Games
October 12th, 2008 by Sean R.
Here at Recycled Gaming we really enjoy playing retro video games and if you’re reading this post, then so do you.
With that in mind, we thought it would be fun to bring back those fond memories of endless hours spent at the local video arcade playing games as a kid.

That’s right, we’ve added our very own coin-op game room complete with our collection of classic arcade games remade in Flash.
Currently you can play Asteroids, Pac-Man and Space Invaders anytime you want and you don’t even need quarters. All our games are set on free play.
Make sure JavaScript is enabled and you have the latest Flash Player installed on your computer to play our games.
Now sit back, relax and enjoy our new classic game room.
As we like to say around the Recycled Gaming camp: The game is never over.

August 19th, 2008 by Sean R.
After a large amount of internal changes and restructuring, release day is finally here. Grab MAME 0.127 from the Recycled Gaming Latest MAME Release page.
This release marks a new “first” in MAME history: the first officially supported laser disc game, Cube Quest, is now up and running.
This was definitely one of the more obscure and challenging games to emulate, so special kudos to the MAME Development Team for figuring it all out!
As of this latest release of MAME, our favorite classic game emulator now supports over 7,214+ ROM sets and 3,821+ unique games.
Enjoy and happy classic gaming!
